Patrol Woggles

Just been looking at one of the Posters that Regatta have produced
for
the Outdoor Challenge with the 'patrol' of Scouts on the front.

Now the question is - where did they get their woggles from - looks
to
me like they have their patrol badge on them.

hope someone out there can offer some clues.

Some of mine have woggles from them which they picked up at one of our
Counties 2007 events. I think they make a nice alternative to the
'standard' one.
