Thats me not the NG. :D
I have got a new toy, an Android smart phone, 7.50 per month, and I
have instaled a usenet app! (no this isnt an advert)
Its not that long ago I refused to use a mobile phone, but its
painfuly slow to type:-(

Apart from that my favourite apps are the various GPS/mapping widgets and an
"altered reality" compass, where I can look through the camera at what is
ahead and the phone superimposes a compass bearing over what I am looking at
:-)

The diary options syncs to my outlook so now I can keep all my numbers
updated at all times, but I havn't found a bulk SMS app for free that I
really like.

Angry Birds. Nuff said.

Its not a bad phone either.

Groundhog Reader. Word wrapping can be a bit off and crashes
occasionally but otherwise decent.
