Witan

Hi folks,

We are beginning to look at Witan again (for those of you that don't know, this is an international camp for various Student Scout and Guide Organisations across the world - over 200 at last count!). We are desperately trying to get hold of anyone on the Plenum in any previous years - we have tried several leads and not got very far!

If anyone has any information at all it would be fantastically useful!

I am not clear what you are asking for. I helped to run the first two at
Gilwell way back and attended the 3rd in Norway. I do not remember a
great deal however.

Scouting: Tolerant, Pluralistic and Open to all young people.

Brian if it helps, there is a group within SSAGO looking at the
feasibility of re-starting Witan at some point in the future as it
hasn't run since 1998.

Maybe they (you?) should also approach SAGGA. There are people in SAGGA
who like me were involved in the first two run by Oxford Uni. I'm in
Australia so do not have the links anymore.
